Mecca is equipped with the best cardiovascular equipment and weights available. Enhancing your workout are panoramic city views. Exercise assistants are available for equipment questions, demonstration and assistance.

The men and women's changing rooms at Mecca feature private lockers, laundry service, individual dressing/make-up stations, private showers with dual showerheads, and eucalyptus steam rooms. Also provided are shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, as well as plush cotton towels and blow dryers, making it easy to fit in a workout before, during or after business hours.

Mecca features state-of-the-art cardio equipment, most available with individual flat screen televisions and instant heart rate monitoring. Equipment includes: Cybex Treadmills, Precor EFX Elliptical, Cross Trainers, Stairmaster Freeclimber, LifeFitness Total Body Cross Trainers, Cybex Recumbent and Upright Bikes, Schwinn Indoor Cycling Bikes and Cybex Arc Trainers.

Mecca also features the following strength training equipment: Cybex VR2 and Classic strength systems and Troy rubberized free weights.

Friday 5:30am-8pm
Saturday-Sunday 8am-6pm

Parking is available on the first and second level of the parking garage. From the lobby entrance, take the elevator to the third floor, which opens directly into Mecca.
