
Simply put, our trainers are exceptional. Whether you need guidance in training for a triathlon, seek to tone your body or just want to increase your strength; the trainers at Mecca are specialists in their field. Each trainer has a minimum of five years experience in exercise prescription, and holds national certification and/or a degree in exercise science. In addition, Mecca trainers complete rigorous in-house training, which includes continuing education programs. Appointments are necessary for training sessions. Cancellations must be made four hours prior to appointment; cancellations less than four hours will be billed to the member's account.

This is designed to assess your current exercise capability. A trainer will measure your body composition, test your current muscular endurance and strength, and check your cardiovascular endurance. The information is entered in to a specialized computer program, which provides an accurate analysis. Your trainer will then recommend ways to improve your fitness level. Results are kept on file for one year so you may monitor your progress.

A three- or six-week private training program designed to jump start your journey to fitness. Whether you want to reexamine your current program or create a whole new one, this is a great way to get motivated.
Basic Training includes:
- Two one-hour sessions per week with a personal trainer
- A fitness assessment
Three-week package (total of 6 sessions): $360
Six-week package (total of 12 sessions): $660

The undivided attention of a knowledgeable personal trainer who constantly works with you to meet all your fitness goals and challenges you to exceed them. There is nothing like one-on-one workouts for long-term results.
