Cancellations
Spa parties have a 72-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Should you need to cancel your party, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. One-half of the treatment price will be charged for cancellations and/or changes made within the 72 hours of the appointment time. No-shows are charged in full.

Outside Food
No outside food or beverages are allowed in Mecca.

Payment
Unfortunately, we are not able to split parties into separate bills - one form of payment is expected for the entire party. A credit card guarantee is required for all spa parties.

Gratuity
A 20% gratuity will be added to services for parties of six or more.

Large Groups
Groups of 6 or more with catering will require their own dedicated server, at the rate of $20/hour. Allow for set-up and clean-up time.

Catering
Catering rates begin at $20/person, not including beverages.
