
Yoga is extremely effective in increasing flexibility and toning of the muscles. In addition by gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body. This helps in the flushing out of toxins from every nook and cranny as well as providing nourishment up to the last point. Surprisingly it has been found that the body which may have been quite rigid starts experiencing remarkable flexibility in even those parts which have not been consciously worked upon.

A private session designed specifically for you – there is nothing like one-on-one instruction to get the most out of an hour. Private sessions are booked in the studio.
One-on-one session: $70

This is an all level class designed for beginning through intermediate level students. Classes can be vigorous or gentle depending on the level of students present and style of yoga taught. Students will deepen their level of confidence and strength, while being introduced to a range of postures. AS OF MAY 1, 2009, OUR YOGA CLASSES ARE TEMPORARILY CANCELLED AS WE RELOCATE TO THE MAIN GYM AREA. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR AN UPDATED SCHEDULE IN 3-4 WEEKS.
