At Mecca, there are no ordinary classes. Grounded in exercise physiology principles, and based on best practices in health and fitness, our classes are inventive, creative, and most importantly, proven beneficial for fitness of body, mind, and spirit. Our intimate class size allows for more individualized instruction and truly sets our classes apart.

strength & cardio

cardio spin

50 minutes of high intensity riding for a total body workout with good, loud music. Our limited seating classes allow for more personalized instruction and focused training. Pedals can be used with or without clip-in shoes.

HIIT it all

This is one stop shopping for a complete workout.
Think lifting weights mixed with body weight and cardio intervals to get your heart rate up and keep it there. Easily modifiable and appropriate for all levels

pilates, yoga & barre  

pilates mat

The mat work consists of a series of non impact yet challenging movements which increase strength and flexibility and improve alignment, balance, coordination and tone. The class is designed to meet the needs of both the novice and the advanced exerciser but it is recommended that new participants schedule a private session before attending this class.

This fast paced authentic Pilates Mat class appropriate for experienced Pilates students. The exercises are basic and intermediate depending on the group, however you will be challenged to perform them with perfect form. The class is quick, and participants should be familiar with the Authentic Pilates order and transitions and be ready to sweat. 

yoga basics

This all-level class focuses on stretch, form and movement. It's the perfect addition to any fitness routine and it's concentration on functional movement is beneficial to all other activities.

No-shows will be charged the full price of $25.

All regularly scheduled classes are complimentary, included in membership. 
Privates & speciality class series are offered for additional fees, with reduced pricing for members. 
New classes are introduced to our regular class schedule seasonally.
Classes may be removed from the schedule based on attendance.
Classes may be canceled without prior notice due to instructor illness or emergency.
