Q: Is there a membership fee to enroll?
A: Yes. The Spa Membership has a one-time initiation fee of $50 plus tax to enroll and is $95 per month.
Q: If I am a member of Mecca, is there a discount for also becoming a Spa Member?
A: We are happy to offer our gym members a discounted rate of $75 per month and no initiation fee. Day passes are not included for members since access is part of your membership.
Q: Is there a contract?
A: There is a 3-month contract. After that, your spa membership renews automatically each month with your payment.
Q: Can I upgrade my service and get a longer treatment?
A: Yes, we can convert your monthly fee into a dollar amount and apply that to an upgraded service.
Q: When will my credit card be charged each month?
A: Your choice. Your billing date is determined by your sign up date.
Q: Can I save my monthly services up and come use them all in one day?
A: Each monthly service is good for 3 months (with your active membership). So the maximum you could ‘save up’ would be 3 months worth of services to be used in one day.
Q: Can I share my services?
A: No, only the member can use the their monthly service.
Q: Can I freeze my membership?
A: After 3 months of membership, Spa Members may freeze their spa membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Mecca must be provided with a start date and an end date. A $10 per month freeze fee will be charged.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: We require a 30-day written notice. Any accumulated services will expire the last day of active membership. If cancellation is requested within the first 3 billing cycles, the earliest expiration date will be the last day of the 3rd month.
